The present invention relates to an oral retractor capable of opening the mouth and keeping the mouth open. More specifically, the oral retractor comfortably keeps the mouth (oral cavity) open, facilitates observation and treatment of teeth by ensuring a wide mouth space, has excellent operation convenience of a medical device and easy position reproduction of the medical device by providing one upper support groove for the upper jaw and two lower support grooves for the lower jaw as a support groove to guide and support the medical device to be inserted into the mouth, and has a structure which reduces the amount of external light entering the mouth.
