PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable endoscope disinfecting container that can reduce the amount of an antiseptic solution used, facilitate cleaning and disinfection of an endoscope also in a patients house and prevent the endoscope from being polluted in contact with the container when taking out the endoscope from the antiseptic solution after disinfection.SOLUTION: The endoscope disinfecting container 100 includes an insertion part storage groove 112 for storing an endoscope insertion part 122 an operating part storage groove 111 for storing an endoscope operating part 121 and a light source part storage groove 113 for storing an endoscope light source part 123. The insertion part storage groove is formed such that the width of an antiseptic solution level part is wider than that of a bottom part, more preferably, is formed of a body groove part for storing the endoscope insertion part, and an antiseptic solution receiving groove part larger in diameter than the body groove part and connected to the upper part of the body groove part. An endoscope cleaning container is detachably provided on the outside surface of the endoscope disinfecting container 100. A portable endoscope disinfecting apparatus when making a house call on the patient includes a carrier for storing the endoscope disinfecting container and the endoscope cleaning container.
