The present invention relates to a mammography device. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the mammography device comprises: a body unit； an X-ray generator irradiating an X-ray； a collimator adjusting an irradiation range of the X-ray； an arm frame having the X-ray generator at the upper end and rotatable in a clockwise direction or counter clockwise direction； and a rotation shaft connecting the arm frame and body unit. The arm frame includes a pressing table having a pressure unit moved in an upward and downward direction according to a size of an object to be detected and pressure pad coupled to the lower end of the pressure unit to be detachable and pressing the object to be detected and a photographing table facing the X-ray generator and having a detector detecting an X-ray penetrating the object to be detected therein. The photographing table may horizontally move in a left and right direction based on the arm frame. By providing the mammography device, the convenience of a photographing operation may be secured but also the advantage of an isocenter structure may be maximized.본 발명은 맘모그래피 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 일 실시예로 몸체부；엑스레이(X-ray)를 조사하는 엑스레이 제네레이터； 엑스레이의 조사 범위를 조절하는 콜리메이터； 상단에 상기 엑스레이 제네레이터가 마련되고, 시계 방향 또는 반시계 방향으로 회전 가능한 암(arm)프레임； 상기 암프레임과 몸체부를 연결하는 회전축；을 포함하고, 상기 암프레임은 피검체의 크기에 따라 상하 방향으로 이동하는 압박부와 상기 압박부의 하단에 탈부착 가능하게 결합되어, 피검체를 압박하는 압박 패드로 구성되는 압박대； 및 상기 엑스레이 제네레이터와 대면하고, 내부에 피검체를 투과한 엑스레이를 검출하는 디텍터가 구비된 촬영대；를 포함하며, 상기 촬영대는 상기 암프레임을 기준으로 좌, 우 방향으로의 수평 이동이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 맘모그래피 장치를 제공함으로써, 촬영 조작의 편의성을 확보할 수 있을 뿐 아니라 Isocenter 구조의 이점을 극대화할 수 있다.
