The medical X-ray CT photography apparatus body (1) also includes a subject chair (42) on which the subject (M1) sits, a chair moving mechanism (64) that is configured to linearly move the subject chair (42) in a front-back direction (Y-axis direction) of the subject (M1), and a main-body controller (60) that is configured to perform the panoramic X-ray photography by controlling the chair moving mechanism (64) and the support drive part (35) in conjunction with each other.
