The present invention provides a crystal, the powder X-ray spectrum of which has characteristic peaks at diffraction angles (2θ ± 0.1°) of 7.7°, 9.5°, 10.3°, 12.3°, 14.5°, 15.6°, 16.3°, 17.8°, 18.3°, 19.3°, 20.9°, 22.8°, 24.2°, 25.7°, 26.8°, 27.7°, 29.0° and 30.1°.Lobjet de la présente invention est de produire un cristal de trans-3-amino-1-méthyl-3-(4-(3-phényl-5H-imidazo[1,2-c]pyrido[3,4-e][1,3]oxazine-2-yl)phénylcyclobutanol, qui est excellent en matière de stabilité et de préférence en matière de fabrication et de préparation de celui-ci. La présente invention concerne un cristal, le spectre de rayons X sur poudre de celui-ci présente des pics caractéristiques à des angles de diffraction (2θ ± 0,1°) de 7,7°, 9,5°, 10,3°, 12,3°, 14,5°, 15,6°, 16,3°, 17,8°, 18,3°, 19,3°, 20,9°, 22,8°, 24,2°, 25,7°, 26,8°, 27,7°, 29,0° et de 30,1°.トランス-3-アミノ-1-メチル-3-(4-(3-フェニル-5H-イミダゾ[1,2-c]ピリド[3,4-e][1,3]オキサジン-2-イル)フェニルシクロブタノールの安定性に優れ、製造及び製剤面で好ましい結晶を提供することを目的とする。本発明は、粉末X線回折スペクトルにおいて、回折角(2θ±0.1°)が、7.7°、9.5°、10.3°、12.3°、14.5°、15.6°、16.3°、17.8°、18.3°、19.3°、20.9°、22.8°、24.2°、25.7°、26.8°、27.7°、29.0°及び30.1°に特徴的なピークを有する結晶を提供する。
