PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incontinence preventing tool for men which is applied to only a local portion of male sexual organ and is never slid even in motion, whereas most of conventional incontinence pads for men have a shorts type or large rectangular shape and are damp and offensive in extremely hot season.SOLUTION: The incontinence preventing tool includes a cylindrical three-dimensional pad as an incontinence pad a fixing cup to be put thereon, the cup having a hook tape of a hook-and-loop fastener stuck thereon and dedicated briefs to be worn thereon, the briefs having a loop tape of the hook-and-loop fastener provided on the front inner side.
