PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide clothing worn over underwear such as incontinence pants, incontinence shorts, underwear attached with a urine absorbent pad, and a disposable diaper, and capable of capturing urine leaked from the underwear.SOLUTION: When trousers 9 are worn while a urine absorbent pad 2 is attached in a crotch part 14 on an inner face of the trousers 9, the urine absorbent pad 2 is pressed toward the crotch part 14 of the trousers 9 by a crotch part of wearers underwear and an edge part 19 extending in a front/rear direction of the trousers 9 is curved along a crotch line 1. At this time, an absorbent part 22 extending between the edge part 19 and a right edge 20 of the urine absorbent pad 2 is deformed along an inner thigh of the wearers right leg and forms a right inner thigh urine receiving face 23 extending along the inner thigh near a groin of a right leg of the wearer of the trousers 9. The absorbent part 22 extending between the edge part 19 and a left edge 21 of the urine absorbent pad 2 is deformed along an inner thigh of the wearers left leg and forms a left inner thigh urine receiving face 24 extending along the inner thigh near a groin of a left leg of the wearer of the trousers 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
