The present invention relates to an electric wheelchair having an upper and lower limbs rehabilitation exercise function and, more specifically, relates to an electric wheelchair having an upper and lower limbs rehabilitation exercise function which is able to help the rehabilitation of patients, the elderly, and an infirmed person specifically, enabling a user to perform exercises for the upper and lower limbs by himself/herself as the electric wheelchair is able to easily be used by the user by being installed in a care institution or at home. The electric wheelchair having the upper and lower limbs rehabilitation exercise function is also able to be used as a moving unit enabling the user to freely move during a daily life. According to the present invention, the electric wheelchair having the upper and lower limbs rehabilitation exercise function comprises: a main body unit having a driving wheel driven by a motor a seat unit having a bracket to support a back of the user and a seat enabling the user to have a seat thereon a leg support unit connected to the seat unit by a horizontal hinge shaft to support a calf part of the user, extended longitudinally in a direction of being bent from the seat a rehabilitation exercise unit including a lower limb exercise unit installed in the leg support unit to lift up and down both legs of the user and a control unit controlling an operation of the rehabilitation exercise unit.
