The invention is a method for determining a stress level of an individual, as a function of a physiological parameter of the individual, the method comprising: a) measuring a value of the physiological parameter in different calibration periods during a calibration time period； b) definition of a range of variation of the values of the physiological parameter measured during the calibration periods； c) as a function of the range of variation, establishment of a membership function, determining a level of stress of the individual according to the value of the physiological parameter, the level of stress determined by the function of belonging being able to vary between: - a level of rest, corresponding to a state of rest of the individual； - a level of stress, corresponding to a state of stress of the individual； - and at least one intermediate level, between the level of rest and the level of stress； d) following step c), measurement of a value of pa physiological branch during a measurement period, and determination of the stress level of the individual by applying the membership function to the value of the measured parameter；L'invention est un procédé de détermination d'un niveau de stress d'un individu, en fonction d'un paramètre physiologique de l'individu, le procédé comportant :a) mesure d'une valeur du paramètre physiologique dans différentes périodes de calibration durant une période temporelle de calibration ；b) définition d'une plage de variation des valeurs du paramètre physiologique mesurées lors des périodes de calibration ；c) en fonction de la plage de variation, établissement d'une fonction d'appartenance, déterminant un niveau de stress de l'individu en fonction de la valeur du paramètre physiologique, le niveau de stress déterminé par la fonction d'appartenance pouvant évoluer entre :- un niveau de repos, correspondant à un état de repos de l'individu ；- un niveau de stress, correspondant à un état de stress de l'individu ；-
