PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent uneven fertilization at the start of planting by a seedling transplanter.SOLUTION: The seedling transplanter includes: a planting device 14 which is provided on a traveling vehicle body and plants seedlings in a farm field； a fertilization device 16 which supplies fertilizer to planting positions of the seedlings； a continuously variable transmission 33 which changes the advancing direction and speed of the traveling vehicle body according to the operation of a traveling operation lever 38； a servo actuator which controls the continuously variable transmission； and a control unit 50 which controls the fertilization device and servo actuator according to the operation of the traveling operation lever. The control unit performs the control so as to drive the fertilization device, upon forward operation of the traveling operation lever, and drive the servo actuator after the lapse of a predetermined time to drive wheels 10, 11 and the planting device.【課題】苗移植機による植え付け開始時において、施肥ムラが生じないようにする。【解決手段】走行車体に設けられ、圃場に苗を植え付ける植付装置１４と、苗の植え付け位置へ肥料を供給する施肥装置１６と、走行操作レバー３８の操作に応じて走行車体の進行方向および速度を変更する無段式変速装置３３と、無段式変速装置を制御するサーボアクチュエーターと、走行操作レバーの操作に応じて施肥装置およびサーボアクチュエーターを制御する制御部５０とを備える。制御部は、走行操作レバーが前進に操作されると、施肥装置を駆動し、所定時間経過後に、サーボアクチュエーターを駆動して車輪１０、１１および植付装置を駆動させるように制御する。【選択図】図５
