PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid spray device in which the setting of direction of an injection pipe can freely be performed at the hand side of a worker, and further the portal type injection pipe capable of reliably preventing the unexpected rotation of the injection pipe is rotatably suspended at the tip of a rod with a vertical axis as a fulcrum.SOLUTION: There is provided a liquid spray device in which a nozzle 9 for injecting liquid and an injection pipe 6 with a connecting shaft 8 attached to a portal type pipe 7 are suspended on a tip of an operation rod 2 so as to permit rotation centering on the connecting shaft 8.
