PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sampling assembly which is interchangeable with analytical instruments in a test room, is unnecessary to transfer a sample out of a container for analysis, easily accessible in the container with a needle or probe and provided with a resealable portion that can prevent leakage from the container as well and holds the sample with a safe means to prevent contamination to the sample and a user.SOLUTION: This is a sampling assembly composed of a container and a cap assembly detachably and sealably attached to the container, and access to inner space of the container can be performed using a penetration member without removing the cap assembly. The cap assembly includes a cap body and a septum 110 supported by the cap body. This septum 110 enables the penetration member to reach the inner space of the container, and is made of a thermoplastic elastomer to function as a self seal when pulling out the penetration member.COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO【課題】 試験室における分析のための機器に対し互換性があり、したがって試料が分析のために容器の外に移される必要がなく、針やプローブによって容器内に容易に到達でき、しかも容器からの漏れを防ぐことのできる再密閉可能な部分を備え、試料を安全な方法で維持し、試料及びユーザーに対しての汚染を防ぐこと。【解決手段】 本発明は、容器と、容器に取り外し可能に且つ密閉可能に取付けられたキャップ・アセンブリとで構成された採集アセンブリであり、容器の内部空間への進入は、容器からキャップ・アセンブリを取り外すことなく、貫通部材によって行うことができる。キャップ・アセンブリは、キャップ本体と該キャップ本体に支えられたセプタムのようなセプタムとを含んでなる。このセプタムは、貫通部材が容器の内部空間に到達することを可能にする。このセプタムは、熱可塑性エラストマーであり、貫通部材を引き抜くときセルフシールとなる。
