From the first model with the “formed” permanent teeth from the wax, a cast is made and a duplicating gypsum model is cast. On the obtained duplicating models, the boundaries of the future protective bus are marked and gypsum in the articulator in the position of the central occlusion. Model of the upper jaw, together with a removable basement area, is removed from the articulator and placed in a thermoforming apparatus. Plate is selected of ethylene – vinyl acetate copolymer and fixed in apparatus. Plate is warmed up. Heated plate is placed upon dental model. Under pressure, the plate takes the shape of the dentition, the alveolar process and the sky. Duplicating model is extracted and trimmed at the previously noted boundary. After model is fixed in the articulator and heated from the side of the antagonists. After articulator is closed and on the surface of the kapa, retention points are formed from the teeth of antagonists of the opposite jaw, overlapping their crowns in the frontal area by one third of them.
