The present invention provides a composition for manufacturing an adjuvant for cancer patients receiving chemotherapy. The composition of the invention mainly contains a soybean fermented extract, a green tea extract, spirulina, turmeric extract, Antrodia camphorata mycelium, and a grape seed extract. The composition of the invention provides the effects of inhibiting occurrence and canceration of colon polyps, enhancing effectiveness of chemotherapy including extending survival of cancer patients, particularly progression-free survival and/or reducing side effect caused by chemotherapy.
