SOLUTION: A white light source 31 that emits white light and is provided to face a plant PL to be grown, a light source arrangement space 21 in which the white light source 31 is arranged, and a plant growth space 22 in which a plant PL to be grown are arranged. The storage facility 2 provided with the external light is blocked, and the storage facility 2 is provided so as to extend in the horizontal direction and conducts temperature between the light source arrangement space 21 and the plant growing space 22 and air.
