The present invention relates to a plant growing apparatus. The plant growing apparatus comprises: a main body having a growing space for growing plants and a duct for air absorbance and exhaust provided inside a ventilation fan for providing an air blast to enable air to pass through the duct a cooler installed at the duct and performs dehumidification by cooling and condensing the air passing through the duct and a filter installed at the duct and filters the air passing through the duct to remove impurities. Therefore, the plant growing apparatus has functions of dehumidification and air purification. The plant growing apparatus according to the present invention can provide pleasant environments for an installation space thereof by dehumidification of surrounding environments and supply of a clean air without impurities, thereby increasing the utilization other than plant growing. Further, the plant growing apparatus has a simple structure, which enables compact, weight lightening, and low costs thereof.
