The present invention relates to a vehicle for transporting and supplying total mixed ration (TMR) feed, which loads and transports a large amount of TMR feed to uniformly distribute and supply the TMR feed to a cattle shed of each farmer by a desired amount. According to the present invention, the vehicle for transporting and supplying the TMR feed comprises: a box-shaped feed tank disposed on a cargo box portion of the vehicle to store TMR feed； a discharge conveyor installed on the entire lower part of the feed tank to push and transfer the TMR feed to a rear side； an opening/closing door hinge-coupled to both sides of the rear top part of the feed tank and connecting an inner middle part to the center of the top part of the feed tank by a cylinder to be opened/closed by the cylinder； a two-stage crusher laterally installed on the upper and lower parts of a discharge side of the feed tank to crush and discharge the transferred TMR feed while rotating in a direction opposite to the discharge conveyor； and a distribution conveyor installed on the rear lower part of the feed tank in a direction perpendicular to the discharge conveyor to distribute and supply the discharged TRM feed to left and right sides while rotating forward and backward. Accordingly, the vehicle transports the TMR feed to a farmer requiring the TMR feed while filling the feed tank with the TMR feed to promptly and uniformly supply the TRM at a place where milk cows exist and thus each livestock farm excludes physical labor accompanied by feeding and saves time required for feeding.
