1. A pharmaceutical composition for treating a gastrointestinal disturbance in a patient, wherein the composition comprises: (a) a first solid particle, wherein said first solid particle contains dexlansoprazole and a first enteric coating, wherein the first enteric coating releases dexlansoprazole from the solid at a pH of from about 5.0 to about 5.5； and (b) a second solid particle, wherein said second solid particle contains dexlansoprazole and a second enteric coating, wherein the second enteric coating releases dexlansoprazole from the solid at a pH of from about 6.2 to about 6.8； wherein the first solid particle contains from about 15% to about 50% by weight of the pharmaceutical composition and the second solid particle contains from about 50% to about 85% by weight of the pharmaceutical composition； and further, wherein said pharmaceutical composition can be administered to a patient regardless of a meal. The composition of claim 1, wherein the first enteric coating has a pH of about 5.5.3. The composition of claim 2, wherein the first enteric coating comprises a dispersion of a methacrylic acid copolymer. The composition according to claim 1, in which the second enteric coating has a pH of about 6.75.5. The composition of claim 4, wherein the second enteric coating comprises a mixture of a methacrylic acid type B copolymer and a type A methacrylic acid copolymer in a ratio of 3: 1.6. The composition of claim 1, wherein the first solid particle comprises a protective layer between the active agent and the first enteric coating. The composition according to claim 1, in which1.
