PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique enabling easy utilization of effect of carp.SOLUTION: The garment or the body-worn implement is structured by attaching scales of carp thereto. The scales of carp may comprise those collected from at least two-year-old carp. The scales of carp may be attached to portions corresponding to acupuncture points.
