The method involves estimating hemodynamic perfusion parameters from perfusion signals. The hemodynamic perfusion parameters are estimated by estimating conjunction of parameters of a global perfusion model, where the model has a relation between perfusion signal and concentration of contrast agent circulating in voxel. Another relation among concentration of contrast agent, blood flow, arterial input function parametric or semi-parametric model and parametric or semi-parametric model of complementary distribution function of transition time in the voxel is derived for the perfusion model.随意に制限された大域的灌流モデルのパラメータを同時に推測することにより、灌流信号から、組織の基本容積すなわちボクセルの血行動態パラメータを推定する方法に関する。また、そのような方法を実行し、また、適切なフォーマットにしたがって推測パラメータをユーザーに表示することの可能なヒューマンマシンインターフェイスに出力するように適用される灌流イメージ分析システムの処理ユニットに関する。
