A steerable stent delivery system, comprising:a microcatheter having a distal end configured to be inserted into a blood vessel；a core member extending within the microcatheter, anda stent；the core member having a distal portion and an intermediate portion proximal to the distal portion, the stent extending along the intermediate portion；the core member being configured to be steerable by being rotatable relative to the stent and the microcatheter；the distal portion of the core member comprising a distal cover that is rotatably coupled to the core member and at least partially surrounds a distal portion of the stent.
