The present invention provides an extraction method of functional components of wheat embryos containing seaweed components which comprises the following steps: preparing seaweeds and the wheat embryos drying the seaweeds and the wheat embryos separately, and crushing inserting a mixture of the crushed seaweeds and wheat embryos into a reactor filled with one organic solvent selected from hexane or ethanol stirring and heating the mixture after sealing the reactor for making the mixture react with the organic solvent collecting an organic solvent reactant from the reactor and removing the organic solvent from the reactant to extract oil.
