The present invention relates to an electronic buoy for monitoring fishnets, which can be mounted on a fishnet to wirelessly transmit location information, identity code, power status, and sensed signals of the fishnet so as to display the same on a GPS floater. The electronic buoy for monitoring fishnets according to the present invention comprises: an upper casing (10) which is entirely or at least partially made of transparent material and empty inside a lower casing (20) which is empty inside and joined to the upper casing (10) a printed circuit board (30) which is embedded in the upper casing (10) and a power supply (40) which is embedded in the lower casing (20).
