FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: declared invention refers to diagnostics and can be used for early pregnancy detection. A pregnancy test comprises an absorbing tip (1) partially pressed on a test strip (3) in a body of a casing having an upper casing (2.1) and a lower casing (2.2), and the test strip (3) on a stabilising carrier (12) extending to a result window (4) with marked control and test lines. The test additionally contains a protective external casing consisting of an upper casing (5.1) and a lower casing (5.2). The front portion of the test on the inside of the casings (5.1) and (5.2) comprises opposite semi-axles (6.1) and (6.2) penetrating into openings (7.1) and (7.2) in the casings (2.1) and (2.2). The back portion of the test on the inside of the upper casing (5.1) comprises a pin (8) penetrating into an opening (9) on the inside of the lower casing (5.2) the front portion of which on the inside comprises a fixing projection (10). A groove (11) wherein the fixing projection (10) moves is provided above the projection (10) on the lower surface of the casing (2).
