GERMINATION DETERMINATION METHOD OF RICE CAPABLE OF GERMINATING, GERMINATION DETERMINATION DEVICE, PROCESSING TIME DETERMINATION DEVICE, AND GERMINATION DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a procedure for detecting germination not by manpower but automatically, concerning rice capable of germinating which is rice having embryo and capable of germinating, and to thereby contribute to improvement of a production process of sprouted brown rice.SOLUTION: A germination determination device of rice capable of germinating includes: a measuring step for bringing the rice capable of germinating which is rice having embryo and capable of germinating into contact with water and observed optically, and measuring with the passage of time, germination state-related information related to a germination state of the rice capable of germinating； and a determination step for determining whether the rice capable of germinating germinates or not based on the measured germination state-related information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】胚芽を有し発芽が可能な米である発芽可能米について、その発芽を人手によらず自動的に検知する手法を提供して、もって発芽玄米の生産プロセスの改善に寄与する。【解決手段】発芽可能米の発芽判定方法は、胚芽を有し発芽が可能な米である発芽可能米を水に接触させて光学的に観測して、発芽可能米の発芽状態に関する発芽状態関連情報を経時的に測定する測定ステップと、測定された発芽状態関連情報に基づいて、発芽可能米が発芽したか否かを判定する判定ステップとを行う。【選択図】図５
