PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine having persistent painkilling effect, protecting effect of cartilage for a long period of time and anti-inflammatory effect by a single injection.SOLUTION: Injection solution for intra-articular administration for treating articular disease contains a crosslinked hyaluronic acid derivative in which a part of a functional group of hyaluronic acid is crosslinked by a crosslinking group at the crosslinking point of 0.6% to 15% at an amount showing persistent painkilling effect for a long period of time as an active ingredient, and furthermore consists of a pharmacologically acceptable carrier.
