PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive power generation sheet of the condenser type to perform sterilization and improvement of the living body function by giving moderate electricity from the outside to the living body for a long time.SOLUTION: The power generation sheet of the condenser type is formed by stacking a metal body (A) with a plurality of openings, an adhesive agent (B) consisting of the dielectrics and an optional sheet-like metal body (C). The metal body (A) with a plurality of openings is preferably composed of a single body of stainless steel, brass or silver, copper, tin, nickel, iron, zinc, or their alloy, or coated article obtained by the same. The adhesive agent (B) consisting of the dielectrics is preferably an acrylic adhesive agent.
