PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic apparatus capable of successively changing the imaging position along desired imaging positions by simple operation and shortening the time of a procedure.SOLUTION: An X-ray diagnostic apparatus includes imaging means, extraction means, imaging system movement means, movement control means, and imaging control means. The imaging means includes an X-ray radiation unit that radiates X-ray to an analyte 200, and an X-ray detection unit that detects the X-ray radiated by the X-ray radiation unit to capture a medical image. The extraction means extracts the blood vessel of the analyte from a map image. The imaging system movement means supports the imaging means movably. The movement control means moves the imaging system movement means to successively move the imaging position relative to the analyte along the extracted blood vessel.
