PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge device with reduced pressure drop.SOLUTION: A discharge device 1000 includes: a counter electrode 700 on the lower potential side composed of a plurality of planar parts 731 in a longitudinal sheet form arranged approximately in parallel, a first connection part 733R for connecting one longitudinal ends of the planar parts 731, and a second connection part 733L for connecting the other ends of the planar parts 731, which are integrally formed into a sheet of conductive tabular body and a discharge electrode 300 in a filament form disposed on the higher potential side than the counter electrode 700 between the planar plates 731 along the longitudinal direction.
