PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an elastic stretchable part from being left uncut.SOLUTION: In manufacturing an underpants type disposable diaper, when forming an exterior body 12 having a non-stretchable area A1 provided in the middle in a width direction and a stretchable area A2 provided on both sides in the width direction of the non-stretchable area A1, an elastically stretchable member is fixed to an inside sheet layer 12H and an outside sheet layer 12S via hot-melt adhesive H1 at least at both end parts of a portion to be a part that becomes the stretchable area A2. In a part to become the non-stretchable area A1, the elastically stretchable member is unfixed to the inside sheet layer 12H and the outside sheet layer 12S. A side part in the non-stretchable area A1 is provided with a display sheet 25 between the inside sheet layer 12H and the outside sheet layer 12S and a sheet non-intervening region A3 where there are no other sheets. At a part to become the sheet non-intervening region A3, elastically stretchable members 15 to 17 are cut. The cutting trace 22 and an unnecessary elastically stretchable member 19 are left. In a region overlapping the display sheet 25, the elastically stretchable member is not cut.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】弾性伸縮部材の切り残しを防止する。【解決手段】上記課題は、パンツタイプ使い捨ておむつの製造において、幅方向中間に設けられた非伸縮領域A1と、この非伸縮領域A1の幅方向両側に設けられた伸縮領域A2とを有する外装体12を形成するに際し、伸縮領域A2となる部分の少なくとも両端部で弾性伸縮部材をホットメルト接着剤H1を介して内側シート層12H及び外側シート層12Sに対して固定し、非伸縮領域A1となる部分では弾性伸縮部材を内側シート層12H及び外側シート層12Sに対して非固定とし、非伸縮領域A1の側部に、内側シート層12H及び外側シート層12S間に表示シート25及び他のシートのないシート非介在領域A3を設け、シート非介在領域A3となる部分で弾性伸縮部材15~17を切断し、切断痕跡22及び不要弾性伸縮部材19を残し、表示シート25と重なる領域では弾性伸縮部材の切断をしないことにより解決される。【選択図】図9
