The hand dryer comprises: an air tank storing air compressed by a compressor； a sterilizer formed in the air tank and sterilizing the air stored in the air tank； a spray unit spraying the high-pressure air stored in the air tank to the outside； and a sensor unit coupled to the spray unit and operating the spray unit when sensing that a hand is placed under the sensor unit.본 발명은 압축된 공기를 자외선 살균 처리하여 분사하는 핸드 드라이어에 관한 것으로서, 압축기에 의해 압축된 공기를 저장하는 에어탱크와, 상기 에어탱크에 형성되어 상기 에어탱크 내부에 저장된 공기를 살균 소독하는 소독부와, 상기 에어탱크에 저장된 고압의 공기를 외부로 분사시키는 분사부와, 상기 분사부에 결합되어 손이 인입하면 이를 감지하여 상기 분사부를 동작시키는 감지부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
