The present invention relates to a technology with respect to a method for controlling a rotation angle of a C-arm in a medical image photographing device and a device thereof and, more specifically, to a technology to control a C-arm so that a rotation angle of the C-arm is to be an an optimum rotation angle of the C-arm proper for obtaining an optimum medical image.
