PURPOSE: A radiation shield apparatus capable of protecting a patient and an x-ray photographing device are provided to reduce the amount of radiation exposed to a patient. CONSTITUTION: An attachment member(25) is connected to the lower part of a tube. A connecting member(24) is screw-coupled to the attachment member. A shield box(21) is screw-coupled to the connecting member. A filter(22) is inserted into the shield box. A rubber plate(26) is inserted between the lower part of the tube and attachment member.본 발명은 병원의 엑스레이(X-ray) 촬영실에서 사용하는 고정형 엑스레이 촬영장치, 특히 신경외과나 정형외과 등에서 수술시에 사용하는 이동형 엑스레이 촬영장치(이하 'C-arm'이라 한다)에서 엑스레이 촬영시 방출되는 방사선으로부터 엑스레이 촬영장치의 운영자를 보호하기 위하여 엑스레이 촬영장치의 튜브 단부(端部)에 장착하여 사용하는 방사선 차폐장치 및 이를 부착한 엑스레이 촬영장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 방사선 차폐장치는, 원통 형상의 차폐통； 상기 차폐통의 내부에 삽입되어 위치하게 되며, 원판 형상인 필터； 상기 필터의 상부에 위치하고, 상기 차폐통 상부와 나사결합되는 연결부재； 상기 연결부재의 상부와 나사결합되며, 상기 튜브의 하부(下部)에 체결되는 부착부재를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
