The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition for oral administration, comprising bisphosphonic acid or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt and gelatin, polyvinylacetal diethylaminoacetate, or a mixture thereof as an absorption enhancer. The pharmaceutical composition according to the present invention remarkably increases gastrointestinal absorption of bisphosphonic acid or its salt, thereby accomplishing high bioavailability thereof. And also, because the pharmaceutical composition according to the present invention shows desired pharmacological effects at a significantly low dose of bisphosphonic acid or its salt, it can minimize any side effects originated from relatively high dose thereof.La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique destinée à ladministration par voie orale qui comprend un acide bisphosphonique ou son sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable et de la gélatine, du polyvinylacétal diéthylaminoacétate ou un mélange de celui-ci en tant quactivateur dabsorption. La composition pharmaceutique selon la présente invention augmente de manière remarquable labsorption gastro-intestinale de lacide bisphosphonique ou de son sel, ce qui le rend ainsi fortement biodisponible. Du fait que la composition pharmaceutique selon la présente invention présente des effets pharmaceutiques à une posologie relativement faible dacide bisphosphonique ou de son sel, ceci peut minimiser les effets secondaires éventuels liés à une posologie relativement élevée de ce dernier.
