PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a middle layer floating fish reef with a drifting notification device in which seawater may not invade even if a drifting notification device mounted in a fish reef body is always in the condition of being sunk in the sea, and thereby a failure is hard to occur.SOLUTION: A drifting notification device 5 includes a communication processing unit 52 and a power supply unit 53 in the inside of a resin-made float 51. The resin-made float 51 is configured such that small opening faces 51a1, 51b1 of a lower side substantially hemispherical member 51a and an upper side substantially hemispherical member 51b are integrated together by thermo-bonding and are completely closed, and a fish reef body 4 comprises a high pressure resistant resin capable of enduring hydraulic pressure in a floating water depth position. The communication processing unit 52 is connected to the upper part of the power supply unit 53 through a tabular mounting plate 54 smaller than an inner diameter of the resin-made float 51.
