PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation tomographic apparatus, a radiation tomographic image generation processor and a radiation tomographic image generation program, capable of reducing artifacts due to a data defect.SOLUTION: A data defect extraction part 21 extracts a data defect pixel from two or more pieces of real projection data collected from different directions to a subject M. Then, an image reconstruction execution part 35 executes image reconstruction (pixel value updating) by a successive approximation method without using the data defect pixel. That is, the data defect pixel is extracted from the real projection data and the extracted data defect pixel is not made to contribute to the image reconstruction by the successive approximation method. Thus, since the pixel value updating is performed using normal pixels other than the data defect pixel, artifacts due to data defect are suppressed.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】データ欠損に起因するアーチファクトを低減させることが可能な放射線断層撮影装置、放射線断層画像生成処理装置および放射線断層画像生成プログラムを提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】データ欠損抽出部21は、被検体Mに対して異なる方向から収集された複数の実投影データからデータ欠損画素を抽出する。そして、画像再構成実行部35は、データ欠損画素を用いずに逐次近似法による画像再構成(画素値更新)を実行する。すなわち、実投影データからデータ欠損画素を抽出し、抽出されたデータ欠損画素を逐次近似法による画像再構成に寄与しないようにしている。そのため、データ欠損画素以外の正常な画素で画素値更新を行っているので、データ欠損に起因するアーチファクトを抑えることができる。【選択図】図1
