PURPOSE: A pipe rail driver is provided to reduce the labor of a user, and to protect the health of the users from agrochemical damages. CONSTITUTION: A permanent magnet (2) is mounted on the front side of a driving roller (11) for preventing the idle of the driving roller and uniformly maintaining the speed of a driver. Slides (17, 18) are installed on a driver frame. A guiding shaft (22) is installed on the center of the slides for operating a valve guide (20) when the slides move forwards and backwards. The slides are operated by a touch plate (16).
