Compounds and pharmaceutically acceptable salts of the compounds are disclosed, wherein the compounds have the structure of Formula (I), wherein X, R1, R2a, R2b, R4a, R4b, R5a, R5b, R6, R7, y and z are as defined in the specification. Corresponding pharmaceutical compositions, methods of treatment, methods of synthesis, and intermediates are also disclosed. These compounds are γ-secretase modulators, useful for the treatment of neurodegenerative and/ or neurological disorders such as Alzheimers disease and Downs syndrome.Linvention concerne des composés et des sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables de ces composés, les composés présentant la structure de formule (I), dans laquelle X, R1, R2a, R2b, R4a, R4b, R5a, R5b, R6, R7,, y et z sont tels que définis dans la description. Linvention concerne également des compositions pharmaceutiques, des méthodes de traitement, des procédés de synthèse et des intermédiaires correspondants. Ces composés sont des modulateurs de γ-sécrétase, utiles pour le traitement de troubles neurodégénératifs et/ou neurologiques tels que la maladie dAlzheimer et le syndrome de Down.
