PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine vial agitator capable of agitating many kinds of medicines according to properties of the medicines.SOLUTION: A medicine vial agitator is provided with a second base frame 5 capable of reciprocating in a Y-axis direction to a first base frame 3, and a first swing driving mechanism 7 is provided at the first base frame and swings the second base frame in the Y-axis direction. The agitator is provided with a rack 9 capable of reciprocating in an X-axis direction to the second base frame, and a second swing driving mechanism 11 is provided at the second base frame and swings the rack in the X-axis direction. The first and second swing driving mechanisms can adjust a cycle and a swing range. Holding means 15 of a vial container 13 is provided at the rack and can move rotationally around the Y-axis direction. For the rotational movement, a motor 17 for vial inclination is provided at the second base frame and inclines the vial container. The rotation of the motor is transmitted through a spline shaft 19.
