PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image generation device and a medical image generation program, allowing transparent display of the inside of a display target object regardless of the thickness of the display target object by making influence of a noise component hard to receive.SOLUTION: This medical image generation device generates a desired observing image based on medical image data acquired by taking a photograph by an image diagnostic apparatus.
