A fingerprint image scanning device, according to the present invention, comprises: a contact pattern emissive unit forming a sensing light pattern according to a users fingerprint pattern contacting the surface thereof and an optical sensor array disposed opposite to the surface of the contact pattern emissive unit and sensing the sensing light pattern, wherein the contact pattern emissive unit includes: a lower transparent electrode layer disposed opposite to the surface and having a bias voltage applied thereto and a transparent electroluminescence layer disposed on the lower transparent electrode layer and forming the sensing light pattern by partially generating light in a region corresponding to a ridge of the users fingerprint contacting the surface. A display device capable of scanning an image, according to the present invention, is configured to sense the sensing light pattern using an optical sensor array disposed between the above-described contact pattern emissive unit and a Thin Film Transistor (TFT) array driving display pixels.La présente invention a trait à un dispositif de lecture dimage dempreinte digitale, qui comprend : une unité démission de motif de contact formant un motif lumineux de détection selon un dessin dempreinte digitale dun utilisateur en contact avec sa surface et un réseau de capteurs optiques disposé en regard de la surface de lunité démission de motif de contact et détectant le motif lumineux de détection.
