Disclosed is an effective method of preparing a composition for delivering an anionic drug, the composition comprising an anionic drug as an active ingredient, a cationic lipid, and an amphiphilic block copolymer, wherein the anionic drug forms a complex with the cationic lipid, and the anionic drug/cationic lipid complex is entrapped in a micelle structure formed by the amphiphilic block copolymer.La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé efficace de préparation d'une composition pour administrer un médicament anionique, la composition comprenant un médicament anionique comme principe actif, un lipide cationique et un copolymère à blocs amphiphile. Selon l'invention, le médicament anionique forme un complexe avec le lipide cationique, et le complexe médicament anionique/lipide cationique est piégé dans une structure micellaire formée par le copolymère à blocs amphiphile.
