PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron beam sterilization device which securely shields a radiation ray occurring in a sterilization chamber.SOLUTION: An electron beam sterilization device includes: a sterilization chamber 6 which emits an electron beam toward a container to sterilize the container a shield cover body which covers the sterilization chamber 6 to shield a radiation ray and a rotary body in which an upper part is exposed from an opening part 44 formed in the shield cover body. The shield cover body has a fixed shield cover 41 covering the upper part of the rotary body. A rotary annular shield plate 64, which protrudes from the rotary body to the fixed shield cover 41 side, and a fixed annular shield plate 65, which protrudes from the shield cover body to the rotary body side, are provided between the rotary body and the fixed shield cover 41. The rotary annular shield plate 64 and the fixed annular shield plate 65 face each other while forming a shield gap 66 therebetween.
