PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an injection object in a container from being wastefully consumed in the case where a person intentionally approaches an animal repellent device, and to acquire a repellent effect, if necessary, while preventing a person from being astonished.SOLUTION: A control device is constituted to perform an injection prohibition control for inhibiting an injection while establishing a non-injection state even if an animal exists within a prescribed distance, when an injection inhibition action by a user is detected.
