PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pest repellent which does not flow out even when raining, requires no specific container, causes no environmental pollution and keeps an insect control effect for a long term.SOLUTION: The pest repellent is provided by dissolving in an edible oil such as canola oil or oleic acid, an agent such as camphor, paradichlorobenzene or naphthalene, natural or causing no environmental pollution, lipophilic and having insect controlling and repelling effects, and impregnating the edible oil dissolved with the agent into a granular or massive porous material such as diatomaceous earth or zeolite, and thereby has effects of not flowing out even when raining, requiring no specific container, polluting no soil, keeping an insect control effect over a long term, and the like.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、雨が降っても流出しない、特殊な容器を必要とせず、かつ環境汚染をしない、防虫効果が長続きする有害生物忌避材を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の有害生物忌避材は、樟脳、パラジクロロベンゼン又はナフタレンのような天然由来の又は環境汚染をしない親油性の防虫忌避効果を持つ薬剤をキャノーラ油やオレイン酸のような食用油に溶かして、さらに前記溶解させた食用油を粒状又は塊状の珪藻土やゼオライトのような多孔性物質に含浸させたものであるため、雨が降っても流出しないし、特殊な容器を必要とせず、かつ土壌汚染をしない、防虫効果が長続きするなどの効果がある。【選択図】図1
