The regulator comprises a body, a light emitting unit detachably fastened on the body, and a blocking unit used to block the light emitting unit with respect to the body. The body has a power supply component, a first connector electrically connected to the power supply component, an on-off switch which switches power on and off supplied from the power supply component onto the first connector, and an unblocking element to release the light emitting unit from the blocking unit. The light emitting unit has a light emitting object and a second connector eclectically connected to the first connector when the light emitting unit is blocked with respect to the body, and supplying power from the first connector onto the light emitting object.
