PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stent delivery system capable of discharging and indwelling a stent inside an organic lumen without lengthening the full length of a grip even when using a stent having a fairly long full length or a plurality of stents.SOLUTION: A movement mechanism 52 of a stent delivery system 10 has: a rack member 54 connected to the base end of an outer tube 16； a plurality of pinions 56a-56c moving the rack member 54 according to rotation； an interlocking mechanism 63 interlocking the plurality of pinions 56a-56c； and an operation wheel 58 rotating the plurality of pinions 56a-56c through the interlocking mechanism 63.
