PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary blade for bush and grass cleaning, with which resources are saved and a manufacturing cost is reduced by integrally forming chip-shaped blade edges on a base metal itself and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: The rotary blade for bush and grass cleaning is equipped with a disklike base metal 2 having a bored fixing hole to a bush cutter at the central position and blade edges 4 formed at fixed intervals on the outer peripheral edge of the base metal. The blade edges have the same plate thickness as that of the base metal on the base metal itself, are formed in a chip shape and subjected to hardness treatment. In the blade edges, at least a rake face and a flank are hardened and a base part 6 to be a connection part to the base metal is tempered.
