PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for treating trees reducing resistance when delivering trees, reliably supporting trees even if each of them has a high narrowing ratio to deliver them, and inhibiting barks from being peeled or the trees from being damaged so as to prevent decrease in quality of the trees.SOLUTION: The apparatus for treating trees S includes: a base 3 a gripper 10 having a pair of gripping bodies 12a, 12b openably pivoted to the base 3 with a focus on a rotary axis 11 and gripping a tree W when closed and a delivering part 30 having a crawler 31 delivering the tree W in the direction of the rotary axis 11 of a gripping body 12.
