The present invention provides a bottle holder for a syringe. The bottle holder (2) for a syringe comprises: a stop surface (26)； a sharp and empty spike (27) protruding above the stop surface (26) and extending in a first direction； a guide surface (28)； and a first and second clamping element (29, 30, 31) overlapped in the first direction to be arranged and mounted on the guide surface (28) to be moved in a second direction crossing the first direction. Each clamping element (29-31) includes a through hole (33) and can move forwards and backwards between an insertion position and a clamping position. When the clamping elements (29-31) are at the insertion position, the bottleneck (19) of a bottle (3) can move through the through hole (33) until the front end of the bottle (3) comes in contact with the stop surface (26). As a result, the sharp and empty spike (27) pierces a film (21) at the front end of the bottle (3).
